Dear students, please read this information carefully before your medical examination.

1. WE ARE A STATE INSTITUTION

The Institute for Student Healthcare is part of the Serbian state healthcare system. We operate under the rules of the Serbian National Health Insurance Fund (RFZO).

2. ACCEPTED INSURANCE

We ONLY accept the official Serbian National Health Insurance (RFZO).

• If you have a Serbian plastic health card or an official RFZO certificate, your services are covered.

3. PRIVATE INSURANCE POLICIES (Dunav osiguranje, Generali, Uniqa, etc.)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRIVATE INSURANCE.

Your insurance policy specifies the healthcare institutions where you are eligible for medical care. Please check your policy for the list of authorized providers.

• Your policies ARE NOT VALID at our Institute since we are not on the list of authorized providers for private insurance.

• We cannot process your private insurance cards or claims.

• Dunav osiguranje and other private insurance cards cannot be used here since we are not on the list of authorized providers for private insurance.

4. WHAT IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE?

You can still receive medical help, but:

• You must pay for the medical service in cash according to our official price list.

• We will provide you with a receipt (invoice).

• You can then take that receipt to your insurance company to ask for a refund (money back).
